.DISCUSSION...Low pressure over North Dakota will bring strong
northwest winds today. Rain along and east of Highway 13 early
this morning will gradually diminish from west to east today. High
pressure moves into the area tonight with diminishing winds. Areas
near the North Dakota and Canadian borders will have near freezing
temperatures tonight. The next chance for significant wetting rain
is expected Sunday and Sunday night across the region.
