.DISCUSSION...

Mostly dry conditions and above average temperatures are expected
today.  Although relative humidity values drop in the 20-30% range
light winds should preclude any critical fire weather.  A round
of thunderstorms will move through the region on Thursday
afternoon and night but a widespread wetting rain is not
expected.
