Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northeast Montana
National Weather Service Glasgow MT
233 AM MDT Sun Jul 6 2025

.DISCUSSION...
A surface trough providing weak showers and thunderstorms will
shift into North Dakota late this morning to give a period of
quiet weather before the next trough moves through late this
afternoon. This next disturbance will bring a line of
thunderstorms north of the Missouri River to provide an
opportunity for gusty and erratic winds. Beside this activity, a
slight chance of storms will linger overnight before a ridge
builds into the area.
