tonight and Thursday with widespread rain. The rain will move into
northeast Montana during the day today and continue through
Thursday. The rain will diminish from west to east Thursday night
and Friday morning. The heaviest rainfall amounts are expected to
be near the North Dakota border with the lightest rainfall amounts
expected over Phillips County.
