Hot and dry weather is expected through midweek as an upper ridge
builds across the region. Fire weather concerns will be increasing
with the drop of relative humidity, but winds are expected to be
generally light. As the ridge moves east later in the week,
afternoon and evening thunderstorms will return to the region.
Temperatures will also drop slightly into the weekend.
