NOVEMBER WAS SLIGHTLY WARMER AND WETTER THAN NORMAL. THE FIRST HALF
OF THE MONTH WAS WARMER THEN NORMAL WHILE THE SECOND HALF WAS MUCH
COLDER. THIS RESULTED IN THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 31.0 DEGREES
WHICH WAS JUST 0.8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE HIGH FOR THE MONTH WAS
63 ON THE 9TH. THE LOW WAS -4 ON 25TH.

PRECIPITATION WAS 0.22 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL WITH 0.71 INCHES. HALF
THE PRECIPITATION FELL AS SNOW BUT THE HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION
OCCURED ON THE 16TH WHEN 0.32 INCHES FELL.

SNOWFALL FOR NOVEMBER WAS 4 INCHES. THE MAJORITY OF THE SNOW (2.8
INCHES) FELL FROM THE 22ND TO 23RD.

THE PEAK WIND SPEED FOR THE MONTH WAS 51 MPH ON THE 19TH. THERE WAS
ALSO A PEAK WINDS OF 45 MPH ON THE 20TH AND 42 MPH ON THE 5TH. THE
WINDIEST DAY WAS ON THE 19TH WITH AN AVERAGE WIND SPEED OF 26.2 MPH.

FOR THE FALL SEASON OF SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER, THE AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE OF 50.3 DEGREES WAS THE SECOND WARMEST FALL ON RECORD.
THIS AVERAGE WAS TIED WITH 1963 AND 0.1 DEGREE BELOW THE WARMEST
FALL IN 1953.

LOOKING AHEAD TO DECEMBER, THE NORMAL HIGH STARTS AT 33 ON THE 1ST
AND COOLS TO 24 AT THE END OF THE MONTH. THE NORMAL LOW DROPS FROM
14 TO 6 BY THE END OF THE MONTH. NORMAL PRECIPITATION FOR DECEMBER
IS 0.43 INCHES. NORMAL SNOWFALL FOR DECEMBER IS 8.3 INCHES.
