.DISCUSSION...
KEY MESSAGES:

- Near to below average temperatures today. Then near to above
  normal temperatures the remainder of the week.

- Monsoonal moisture may make a return near the end of the month.

WEATHER PATTERN OVERVIEW:
With surface high pressure and northwest upper level flow aloft,
the quiet period will remain in place at least into Wednesday.

Surface high pressure will keep surface winds mainly from the east
through at least Wednesday.

On Thursday, there is moderate (50 percent) confidence that monsoonal
moisture will move into Montana from the south to increase clouds
and surface dewpoints. There is low (20 percent) confidence on
precipitation occurring with this moisture.

FORECAST CONFIDENCE & DEVIATIONS:

Decreased temperatures manually a bit for this morning. Also
blended NBM 90 into winds for the next two days.

High confidence of high pressure remaining over the area through
Wednesday. Low confidence on precipitation chances from Thursday
onward.

WINDS: For KSDY, KGDV, and KOLF, northeast 5 to 10 knots,

to 10 knots becoming southeast at 6 to 12 knots after 12Z.
