THE MONTH OF DECEMBER AT THE GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS
ABOVE NORMAL IN TEMPERATURES AND BELOW NORMAL IN PRECIPITATION.

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 18.5 DEGREES WHICH WAS 6.4
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. NO TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE SET FOR THE MONTH.
