            reported multiple roads impacted or closed
            by high water. Cactus Ln and Wagon Wheel was
            impacted, W Avenue B was closed from N 11th
            to Northern Dove Ln, Summers Rd and Ashley
            Dr was impassible, Big Divide Rd had high
            water in spots, and N FM 116 at Reagan Ave
            had water over road.
