.DISCUSSION...
The morning will begin with partly cloudy skies and RH values in
the 80s before partial clearing takes place during the afternoon.
Breezy south winds of 15-20 mph and gusts as high as 30-35 mph
are expected for most of the daytime, and these speeds will even
persist overnight into Friday. Expect an afternoon high
temperature in the lower 80s today with a minimum RH value near
45%. More humid conditions are forecast on Friday, and
isolated rain showers are also possible during the afternoon.
