...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CDT TODAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeast Montague and Northwest Cooke Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water on roadways is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving across an area of
    Montague and Cooke counties that already have near saturated
    soils. These showers and storms moving are producing between
    0.5" and 0.75" of rain in as little as 30 minutes. This will
    likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying
    and/or poor drainage areas will also experience minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Gainesville, Nocona, Muenster, St. Jo, Lindsay, Lake
    Muenster, Lake Nocona, Hubert H Moss Lake, Nocona Hills,
    Bulcher, Capps Corner, Illinois Bend, Bonita, Marysville,
    Myra, Spanish Fort and Sivells Bend.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
