This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Dangerously cold wind chills from 25 below to 40 below zero will
persist into this morning. While readings do improve this afternoon,
sub-zero wind chills are still expected through this evening before
plunging back into the 20 below to 35 below zero range late tonight.
Please take necessary precautions to protect yourself and others,
including outdoor pets, from the dangerously cold wind chills.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Well below normal temperatures continue through Monday night. Highs
in the single digits above and below zero will be common Monday,
with overnight lows in the teens below zero. Dangerously cold wind
chills from 20 below to 35 below zero will persist Monday through
early Tuesday.
