.DISCUSSION...High level clouds will be on the increase this afternoon
with a continuation of strong and gusty southerly winds...which should
trend gradually more toward southerly from a south-southwest direction.
Winds will taper a bit toward and after sunset, but still remain somewhat
gusty into the evening, at which point the chance for a little light
rainfall and drizzle will increase as one heads through the night.
