.DISCUSSION...

Today will be cool with highs around 35 degrees. The big concern
for today will be the gusty winds, and change in wind direction.

Currently winds are westerly around 10 mph. Winds will steadily
increase this morning becoming sustained at 15-20 mph with gusts
30-35 mph by noon. About the same time winds will begin to shift
northwesterly and continue sustained at 15-20 mph with gusts
30-35 mph with occasional gusts to 40 mph possible. Winds begin to
decrease after 3pm, and will be northwesterly around 10 mph with
gusts around 20 mph by 6pm.

Minimum relative humidity during this time will be around 35% with
dew points 0-10 degrees.
