Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flooding begins to affect agricultural
  lands along the right bank of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Friday was 10.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Sunday morning and continue falling to 6.7 feet Wednesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
