dissipating by 11 PM and becoming mostly clear overnight. Chances for
high-based showers and thunderstorms return for Tuesday and Wednesday,
developing mainly after 11 AM-12 PM. Cloud-to-ground lightning and
erratic/gusty outflow winds are the primary concerns near any storm.
Outside of storms, expect hot and dry conditions with mostly westerly
winds during the day becoming terrain-driven from the east overnight.
