.DISCUSSION...It will continue hot and mainly dry. There will
be a moisture increase which will introduce a slight chance (10%) of
a late afternoon/early evening shower or thunderstorm. Should a shower
or storm develop the main impact will be gusty/erratic winds and
cloud-to-ground lightning. Any precipitation would likely amount to a
few sprinkles or light shower. Daytime breezes will remain west
to southwest at 5 to 15 mph with light drainage winds at night.
Minimum RH values will remain in the teens

Sky/weather.........Mostly Sunny. Slight chance of a late afternoon
                    shower or thunderstorm.
Chance of pcpn......10 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 87 to 90.
Min humidity........12 to 14 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light and variable winds at 1 to 4 mph until 10:00 AM
                    becoming west at 5 to 15 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms.
Mixing height.......9900 ft AGL in the morning increasing to 16000
                    ft AGL late in the morning.
Transport winds.....Northeast around 5 knots shifting to the south
                    in the late morning and early afternoon, then
                    shifting to the southwest late in the
                    afternoon.
