...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM MST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Navajo and Apache counties between
  Linden and Vernon.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in creeks and normally dry washes is
  occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 754 PM MST, reports of minor flooding were received from
    the Linden area.
  - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
    Linden Draw, Show Low Creek, Gooseberry Creek, Brown Creek,
    Pulcifer Creek, Forestdale Creek, Rocky Arroyo, Silver Creek,
    Sepulveda Creek, Billy Creek, Mineral Creek, Hog Wash, Vernon
    Creek, Dodson Wash and Porter Creek.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Porter Mountain Outlook, Show Low
    Regional Airport, Pintail Lake, Wagon Wheel, Telephone Lake,
    Ned Lake, Fool Hollow Lake, Vernon, Linden, White Mountain
    Lake Airport and White Mountain Lake Estates.
  - This includes the following highways...
    State Route 260 between mile markers 331 and 345.
    Highway 60 between mile markers 338 and 364.
    State Route 61 between mile markers 353 and 358.
    State Route 77 between mile markers 343 and 349.

    This includes the following recreation areas and
    campgrounds...
    Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area Campground and Brown Creek
    Campground.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not
attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
