...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 4 PM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
  to one inch. Total ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds
  gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, West Polk County. In North Dakota, Grand
  Forks County.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 4 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is still some uncertainty with
  precipitation type. More freezing rain will cause larger amounts
  of ice accumulation up to a few tenths, especially before sunrise.
  More snow, possibly 3 to 6 inches, will cause less ice. For either
  scenario, there will be winter impacts.
