...PATCHY DENSE FOG IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA...

Areas of fog and low clouds are present over much of eastern North
Dakota and northwest and west central Minnesota at sunrise
Tuesday. Patches of dense fog with visibilities 1/4 mile or less
is most prevelent over the Leeds, Cando, Langdon, and Cavalier
areas. These dense fog patches may expand a bit more before they
dissipate mid morning.

If encountering fog, use low beam headlights only and use caution
at intersections, railroad tracks and other areas where visibility
may be restricted.
