TIMES THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING...

Moderate to heavy snow is falling across portions of the Devils
Lake Basin this afternoon and early evening. Visibility could be
sharply reduced to near 1/2 mile at times during periods of heavy
snow. If traveling, be prepared for rapidly changing road
conditions and visibilities.
