...WINTER IMPACTS THIS MORNING...

Heavy snowfall rates are reducing visibility to 1/2 mile across
parts of the region this morning. Snow accumulations of 1 to 2
inches are expected, with a small band of 3 or more inches
possible. Additional light icing remains possible in areas where
snow is just beginning to transition from rain. Travel impacts
are anticipated along the I-94, I-29, and Highway 10 corridors.
