...PERIODS OF MODERATE SNOW THIS MORNING...

Minor travel impacts are possible this morning as bands of light
to moderate snow move across eastern North Dakota and adjacent
areas of northwest Minnesota. Visibility reductions as low as 1
mile are possible, along with slick roadways. Accumulations could
range from 1 to 2 inches as snowfall rates are somewhat high in
some of the heavier bands. Conditions will improve from west to
east early this afternoon.
