...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 7 PM CDT
MONDAY FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR SOUTHEAST NORTH
DAKOTA...

* AFFECTED AREA...In North Dakota, Griggs, Steele, Traill,
  Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Sargent and Richland.

* WINDS...West 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
  difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front will move through the region,
  shifting wind direction from the west to north late in the
  afternoon and evening. The strongest wind gusts will be
  associated with this front.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.

MONDAY EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a Fire
Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from Monday morning through Monday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Clay, Hubbard, West Becker, East
  Becker, Wilkin, West Otter Tail, East Otter Tail, Wadena and
  Grant.

* WINDS...West 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Strongest
  winds in the Red River Valley late afternoon and evening.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...20 to 26 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
  difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front will move through the region,
  shifting the wind direction from the west to north late in the
  afternoon and evening. The strongest wind gusts will be
  associated with this front.
