...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 10 AM CDT
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, north winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts
  up to 45 mph. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 32
  will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Benson, Cavalier, Eastern Walsh, Pembina, Ramsey, Towner,
  and Western Walsh Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 1 AM CDT Saturday. For the
  Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 10 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor
  plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
