.DISCUSSION...

Light and variable winds will continue through much of morning,
then becoming more southwest to westerly after the burn starts,
with speeds generally remaining under 10 mph. Afternoon
temperatures will be warmer than yesterday, with humidity values
falling to around 40 percent. By evening, winds will become light
and variable again for the overnight hours. Winds will return to
a southeast to south direction at 10 to 15 mph by Thursday, with
some higher gusts to 20 mph.
