.DISCUSSION...

Mostly clear skies will be expected again tomorrow so relative
humidity values will fall quickly into the 30s by the afternoon.
There is the low potential to fall below 30, but given location
for the burn site the expectation is for the 20s to remain on the
Red River Valley side. Winds tomorrow will increase from the
southeast, peaking with gusts to 23 mph. Wind direction may be
variable in the morning but should settle on a direction of
150-170 by late morning.
