.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be SE through the day on Thursday increasing in speeds
in the afternoon to around 15-20 mph gusting as high as 30 mph
between 2 and 5pm. RH currently forecast to dip as low as the mid
40s on Thursday could in reality dip into the upper 30s should
mixing be stronger than anticipated leading to near critical
conditions with the elevated winds. Winds slowly pivot to the SW
through the night into Friday afternoon in advance of potential
afternoon storms along a sweeping cold front. Friday Min RH as low
as 40 percent through confidence is lower due to questions with
the timing of storms and the front. Post frontal winds quickly
(1-2 hours) switching to N. Will refine the forecast as confidence
grows
