.DISCUSSION...
Winds becoming due northerly behind a morning cold front by 10am with
increasing speeds. Expect winds of 15-20 mph through 6pm and gusts
as high as 35-40 mph between noon and 3 pm. RH as low as 70-80%
but overall winds remain the big hazard for burning today. Winds
becoming more NW through tonight and then west tomorrow with much
lighter winds (5-10mph) by midnight tonight.
