.DISCUSSION...

A few stray clouds at times early this morning, but otherwise
mostly sunny as we move towards ignition time. Winds will be light
and variable, although mostly from a westerly fetch, through the
afternoon. They will steady out of the southwest by late in the
day. Temperatures will rise to near 50 degrees with afternoon
relative humidity values around 35 percent. Mixing may be a bit
slow to get going, but should improve by afternoon. Winds will
pick up into the 10 to 15 mph range from the south after sunset
this evening.
