ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND MOISTURE.

TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE SEASON WERE ABOVE AVERAGE. THE OVERALL
AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SEASON WAS 68.1 DEGREES WHICH IS 0.5
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
