...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern Toombs,
southeastern Telfair, southeastern Wheeler and southern Montgomery
Counties through 100 AM EDT...

At 1232 AM EDT, a line of strong thunderstorms was along a line
extending from near Center to Scotland, and moving southeast at 10
mph.

HAZARD...Up to 40 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to
         ground lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Vernon, Vidalia, Lumber City, Uvalda, Ailey, Scotland,
Higgston, Alston, Towns, Center, Toombs Central, Spring Hill, McNatt
Falls, South Thompson, English Eddy, Grays Landing, Rock Springs,
Cedar Crossing, Johnson Corner, and Jordan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
