.DISCUSSION...

At ignition time, the temperature will be around 32 degrees and
relative humidity will be around 75%. Frost is likely at the site
this morning. Relative humidity is expected to bottom out between
29% and 44% between 12 PM and 4 PM. Surface winds will be calm
until around 11 AM, after which winds will be southwesterly to
south-southwesterly at 5-8 mph. Transport winds will peak at 13-15
mph. Mixing heights will peak around 2500 feet early this
afternoon.

Light rain showers will be possible (15% to 25% chance) overnight
into early Thursday morning, with only a few hundredths of an
inch at most. Frost is not expected overnight at the ignition
site. Surface winds (and to a lesser degree, transport winds) will
stay elevated overnight, shifting to westerly by daybreak.
Surface winds will shift further to northwesterly by early
afternoon at 9-13 mph with gusts up to around 20 mph. Transport
winds will be 20-25 mph. Mixing heights will peak around 3300 feet
tomorrow afternoon. Minimum relative humidity will bottom out
around 40% tomorrow afternoon.
