.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
Winds and relative humidity values will remain outside of critical
thresholds.
Patchy fog remains a possibility this morning particularly in low-
lying areas and anywhere that received decent rainfall yesterday.
Any fog should burn off shortly after sunrise. The fire weather risk
is expected to remain low today given continued humid conditions and
a cold front moving through bringing additional wetting rain to the
area. Similar to previous days, stronger storms could produce hourly
rain rates of over 2 inches per hour and wind gusts of 40 to 50 MPH.
Minimum RH values above 60% are expected this afternoon. Winds will
range from NW to NE less than 10 MPH. Behind the front, northwest
winds will begin ushering in drier air and cooler temperatures in
North GA on Monday and further into Central GA on Tuesday.
