.DISCUSSION...
Winds expected to start out of the NW Today then slowly turn to
the SE through Friday. Winds speeds are a little gusty Today but
we should loose the Gust tonight with winds staying in the 5-10mph
range Thu. Relative humidity values will get down to near critical
thresholds Thursday with most of the area seeing RH values
dipping into the middle to upper 20s. We will need to keep a close
watch on this to see if we may need a fire danger statement
Tomorrow. By Thu evening winds begin to turn to the SE ahead of
the next weather system moving into our area Friday. Most
locations across the state will get some form of precipitation
from the system with areas across North and portions of Central
GA seeing some frozen/freezing precipitation. Please see our
