No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
On and off rain showers continue across much of north and central
Georgia through the evening, with the best chances of a more
steady rain across central Georgia. These chances will continue
tonight into portions of Monday. Total rainfall will be 0.5"-1.5"
across most of north and central Georgia through Monday. Cloudy
skies through the next two days will keep RHs elevated on top of
the rain expected to fall. Severe weather is not anticipated, but
a few rumbles of thunder will be possible, especially in central
GA. Winds will be NE to E at 5-10 mph in north GA and 8-15 mph in
central Georgia. Winds turn N to NW around 8-13 mph across the
area on Monday.
