.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
A sunnier start than the previous several days is expected across
north and central Georgia. Cloud cover that is in place should
burn off quickly through the morning hours, becoming partly cloudy
to mostly sunny by the afternoon. Rain is not expected today in
most areas. A few showers or a thunderstorm could pop up in the
mountains of the NE, but chances are under 20 percent. Surface
winds will be light, from the NE to N at 3-8 mph. Transport winds
will also be light at 5-10 mph from the N to NE, which will limit
dispersion. With the expected sunshine, mixing heights should be
better, 5-7 kft across the area.
