...The National Weather Service in Peachtree City GA has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Georgia...

  Ocmulgee River near Macon affecting Bibb, Houston, Jones and
  Twiggs Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ocmulgee River near Macon.

* WHEN...From this morning to Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding
  begins along the river upstream and downstream from the gage at
  U.S. Highway 80 or Martin Luther King Boulevard. Portions of the
  Ocmulgee Heritage Trail and agricultural lands well downstream
  will be under a foot of water. Access roads and trails in Amerson
  Park upstream of the gage site begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:30 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 17.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this morning to a crest of 18.5 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 18 feet.
