...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Georgia...

  Ocmulgee River at Abbeville affecting Wilcox, Dodge and Telfair
  Counties.

For the Ocmulgee River Basin...including Abbeville...Moderate
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ocmulgee River at Abbeville.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of farm lands...timberlands...and
  access roads will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 11.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue rising to 15.6 feet
    Friday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.7 feet on 01/01/1965.
