THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER AT THE FARGO HECTOR INTERNATIONAL WAS ABOVE
NORMAL IN TEMPERATURES AND PRECIPITATION.

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 31.9 DEGREES WHICH WAS 2.4
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. NO TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE SET FOR THE MONTH.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS ABOVE NORMAL. TOTAL LIQUID
