a line extending from 9 miles northeast of Speaks to near
Hallettsville to Yoakum. Movement was northwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
