At 157 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking several strong thunderstorms from Shumla, or 9 miles southeast of Langtry, and points northward across Val Verde County, moving north at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Shumla, Bakers Crossing, Seminole Canyon State Park, Pecos River Boat Ramp, Juno, and Devils River State Nat Area Del Norte.
