.DISCUSSION...

Easterly winds are slowly subsiding over southern Bexar County
this evening and are forecast to continue weakening tonight,
dropping below 10 mph. Winds may shift to a more southeasterly
wind after 10 PM CDT before becoming near calm with variable
direction by about 3 AM CDT. Relative humidity values are
beginning to increase and will likely rise above 70 percent after
midnight before dropping again tomorrow afternoon to about 40
percent. Winds are expected to be more southeasterly Wednesday
afternoon, but remain light and generally below 10 mph. Afternoon
temperatures in the upper 90s are expected Wednesday under mostly
sunny skies.
