.DISCUSSION...
Southerly to south-southeasterly winds are expected to continue
tonight, decreasing slightly from 12 mph sustained as of 10 PM to
about 7 mph by sunrise, gusting 15-20 mph. Moisture is on the
increase with humidity near 100 percent expected after midnight.
Overcast skies are possible during the early morning hours.
Southerly to south-southwesterly winds strengthen after sunrise,
reaching about 13 mph sustained by noon with gusts of 20-25 mph.
Skies clear by the afternoon. Relative humidity should fall
during the afternoon to around 36 percent by 3-4 PM. Winds weaken
and shift to westerly Wednesday night with quick moisture recovery
after sunset. Winds remain weak during the day Thursday, but
moisture will be lower with minimum relative humidities near 15
percent.
