.DISCUSSION...Cold temperatures continue ranging from near 40
degrees into the mid 30s. Minimum humidity is currently between 35
to 40 percent. Humidity will steadily rise tonight. Winds remain
light as well through the night, mainly out of the northeast. The
onset of precipitation arrives by around dawn tomorrow and
increases to a steady, moderate cold rain later in the afternoon
into Thursday night. Winds will slightly uptick during the day on
Thursday but still remain generally of around 10 mph or less.
Humidity levels remain higher tomorrow with the rain compared to
today.
