.DISCUSSION...
RH minimums were earlier this morning as an area of patchy drizzle
and light rain will move over the burn environment through late this
morning. Rain amounts should be less than 1/10 inch, and the chance
of measurable rain should cease by around noon. Light east and
north winds will be most common today and this evening, and the high
levels of moisture would suggest patchy fog for tonight. Toward
daybreak winds from a cold front may begin increasing to lower RH and
decrease the amount of fog.
