.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will strengthen over Texas through the work week,
leading to dry conditions and temperatures running a degree or two
warmer than the already seasonably hot values. Minimum relative
humidity will stay mainly above 30% over most of the region
through the week, but will drop into the mid to upper 20s over the
Edwards Plateau, Rio Grande Plains and areas south of San Antonio
metro where temperatures will be highest. A subtle increase in
humidities are forecast for the weekend into early next week.
Winds through the week could be a bit shifty, with afternoon
mixing making a more E/NE wind direction and the evening and
nightfall bringing a more common SE wind direction. Little or no
rain is expected over the next week.
