.DISCUSSION...
Low to medium chances of isolated rain during the afternoons and
evenings continue this week with low chances of spotty and localized
wetting rains. Better chances for rain are east of I-35 today,
expanding west to the Hill Country and Edwards Plateau Tuesday and
Wednesday. Another period of isolated rain is possible Friday and
Saturday. Daytime winds remain and weak and easterly through
Wednesday, but strengthen and shift southeasterly Thursday onwards
as high pressure intensifies. Sustained 20 ft winds of 10 to 15 mph
with gusts above 20 mph are possible during this period mostly south
of I-10. Minimum relative humidity values are forecast to be similar
each day, with late-afternoon and early evening values of 25 to 30
percent possible along the Rio Grande and Winter Garden region.
