.DISCUSSION...
Minimum humidities in the 20s are expected across eastern parts of
the Hill Country to along and east of I-35 today. Then, southerly
winds return bringing a recovery of humidities out west today and
all areas on Saturday into Sunday. This recovery leads to low
chances of wetting rains across eastern areas on Sunday. An upper
level storm system and Pacific cold front will bring good chances
of wetting rains late Sunday night through around midday Monday.
Colder and drier air prevails through the remainder of the week. A
combination of low humidities in the upper teens to 20s and breezy
and gusty winds makes for a potential of elevated to near critical
fire weather conditions Monday afternoon, and possibly other days
later in the week.
