.DISCUSSION...
High pressure shifts west and weakens today through midweek,
allowing for low to medium chances for isolated rain mainly for
areas east of I-35. Potential for rain farther west across South-
Central Texas increases slightly Monday through Wednesday. Wetting
rains will be spotty. The weakened high pressure allows minimum
relative humidities to remain above 30 percent over most of the
region during the week, though isolated portions of the the Edwards
Plateau and Rio Grande may dip into the mid to upper 20s this
afternoon. Southeasterly winds below 10 mph are forecast most of the
week but increase some Friday and Saturday for the San Antonio area
and points south and east.
