...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Texas...

  Guadalupe River At NB Below Comal affecting Comal and Guadalupe
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Guadalupe River at NB Below Comal.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding threatens lowest homes
  in the Guadalupe river flood plain. Secondary roads, streets, and
  low bridges are flooded and dangerous. River Road above New
  Braunfels is widely flooded and very dangerous to motorists and
  campers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 2:00 PM CDT Saturday was 13.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage late this
    afternoon to 9.8 feet late tomorrow morning. It will then
    rise to 10.1 feet tomorrow afternoon. It will fall to 9.5
    feet Wednesday evening then rise again.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.4 feet on 10/14/2021.
